Refund & Return Policy

Effective Dates

At American Mobile home, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their mobile home purchase or rental agreement. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be granted.


1. Mobile Home Sales

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of mobile home transactions, all completed sales are final once the purchase agreement has been signed and funds have been transferred.

  • Inspection Before Purchase: We encourage all buyers to thoroughly inspect the property before finalizing the purchase. Any concerns should be addressed prior to closing.


2. Deposits

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Reservation deposits made to hold a mobile home are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Refundable Deposits (If Applicable): In special cases where a refundable deposit is agreed upon, the refund will be processed within [2] business days after cancellation.


3. Leasing & Rentals

  • Lease Agreement Terms: Refunds on lease or rental payments will follow the terms outlined in your signed lease/rental agreement.

  • Security Deposits: Refunds of security deposits will be processed within [2] days after move-out, subject to inspection and deduction for damages or unpaid charges.


4. Cancellations

  • Before Contract Signing: Customers may cancel without penalty before signing any purchase, lease, or rental agreement.

  • After Contract Signing: Once the agreement is signed, cancellations will be subject to the terms of that agreement.


5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
